We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant at Level 3 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM and will be responsible for providing expert-level support, configuration, and optimization of the SAP MM module. This role requires a strong understanding of materials management processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP MM Configuration and Customization:
- Configure and maintain SAP MM module in alignment with business requirements.
- Implement enhancements and optimizations to improve system performance and user experience.
- Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide Level 3 support for SAP MM-related issues, including incident management and problem resolution.
- Analyze complex issues and provide solutions in collaboration with other functional teams.
- Process Improvement:
- Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the SAP MM module.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Involvement:
- Participate in SAP MM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP MM solutions.
- User Training and Documentation:
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users on SAP MM functionalities.
- Create and maintain documentation related to SAP MM processes, configurations, and customizations.
