SAP FICO LEAD

Job Description:

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.

• Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations as a FICO Lead.

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules (FI & CO).

• Manage and guide a team of SAP FICO consultants throughout project phases.

• Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and provide expert solutions.

• Drive end-to-end implementation, including blueprinting, testing, training & go-live support.

• Configure key components such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

• Manage integration with MM, SD, PP, HR, and other relevant modules.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting.

• Oversee data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

• Lead issue resolution, ticket management, and continuous process improvements.

• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and documentation guidelines.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide strategic insights for process optimization.
