Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads for SAP solutions and services
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure and onboarding
- Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and demos (with presales support where needed)
- Understand client business requirements and position appropriate SAP offerings (S/4HANA, Business One, ECC, etc.)
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFI responses
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in coordination with management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with technical/presales teams for solution scoping and client requirement gathering
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports in CRM
- Stay updated on SAP product roadmap, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and SAP partner meets
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SAP products (ERP, S/4HANA, Business One) and IT sales cycle
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in B2B/enterprise software or IT solution sales
- Ability to understand client pain points and map them to SAP solutions
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong closing skills and target-orientation
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities
